We have protective measures in place so that there is minimal risk to both you and us at this time.  Please follow the instructions below:

 

• Call us in the first instance and we can work together to find the right course of action for you and your pet. PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP UNANNOUNCED TO THE SURGERY

•  If you have an appointment wait in your car at the front of the building and we will come to you.
   

• In the vast majority of circumstances we will need you to wait outside whilst we take your pet inside for examination and treatment.

• Please respect social-distancing measures.

​

• If you come in to the front foyer only, to pick up prescription medication please use the hand sanitiser provided.
